1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and jl616 ("we," "us," "our," or "jl616") governing your access to and use of the jl616 online casino and sports betting platform, including the website located at jl616.cam and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with jl616. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If jl616 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and forfeit any winnings. Any remaining balance may be returned to you after deduction of relevant charges, at jl616's sole discretion.

You agree to provide such documents promptly upon request. Failure to provide verification documents may result in account suspension, restrictions on withdrawals, or account closure. All verification documents must be authentic, valid, and unaltered.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You must immediately notify jl616 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Authorized Use

You agree that all activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activities. jl616 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless such unauthorized use results from jl616's negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to jl616 during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their jl616 account using payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods designated by jl616 from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Pesos (₱50) or as otherwise indicated on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful processing, typically within seconds for instant payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. jl616 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. Deposits made from non-verified or third-party payment methods may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their account balance, subject to verification of identity, payment method ownership, and compliance with all terms and conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed according to jl616's standard processing times, typically within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash withdrawals during business hours. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the payment method selected and external factors beyond jl616's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified by jl616. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100) or as otherwise indicated on the Platform. jl616 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests. If bonus funds or promotional credits have been received, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus amounts and any winnings derived therefrom.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jl616 maintains strict anti-money laundering ("AML") policies in compliance with Philippine law. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. Players agree to cooperate with any AML investigations and to provide any requested documentation. jl616 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if money laundering is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair play and are prohibited from using any strategies, techniques, or methods designed to defraud jl616 or gain an unfair advantage. The use of automated systems, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place bets is strictly prohibited. jl616 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems, and any suspected fraudulent activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of winnings.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the jl616 Platform has specific rules governing gameplay. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game or upon request from customer support. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules published on the Platform and the actual game operation, the actual game operation shall prevail.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions, errors, or disruptions affecting game outcomes, jl616 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: server failures, software errors, display malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or any other technical issue that affects the integrity of a game. jl616's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the player's stake.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or jl616 staff
• Using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in public areas of the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials available on the jl616 Platform are owned by jl616 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The jl616 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jl616.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jl616 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Platform or its content; (b) collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) derivative use of the Platform or its content; (d) downloading or copying of account information; or (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from jl616, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted by these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jl616 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. jl616 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl616 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any matter relating to these Terms or the Platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jl616's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your jl616 account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. jl616 may require a cooling-off period before processing the final withdrawal to ensure all pending matters are resolved.

10.2 Termination by jl616

jl616 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; (d) chargebacks or payment disputes; (e) prolonged account inactivity; or (f) any other reason jl616 deems necessary in its sole discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account: (a) all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease; (b) you must immediately cease all use of the Platform; (c) any outstanding bets will be settled according to their outcome; (d) bonus funds and promotional credits may be forfeited; and (e) jl616 may, in its discretion, refund your remaining real-money balance after deducting any amounts owed to jl616.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes, complaints, or concerns regarding the Platform or services, you should first contact jl616 customer support via live chat or email. jl616 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11.3 Dispute Process

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to follow jl616's formal dispute resolution process as communicated by customer support. This process may include escalation to senior management and review by jl616's compliance department. jl616's decision in any dispute shall be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

jl616 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to players via email, account notification, or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. By continuing to use the Platform after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
